The last blog featured in the advent calendar this year is the single most inspirational blog I’ve come around. Daydream Lily. I’m not going to say much about this blog, since you have probably all been there and seen for yourself. (If you haven’t, it’s really about time! ) Right now, Liss is away on holiday, but I know that there are some great guest bloggers lined up for us. Enjoy!

Today is filled with Much Love! One blog I really enjoy reading is written by the lovely Anna who is the girl behind Much Love. This blog is indeed filled with love. Lovely photography, pretty things and so much inspiration! Anna kindly agreed to answer a little question about he blog:
What will we be seeing more of in your blog in the coming year?
“Hopefully a lot more of my own photography! It was only earlier this year that I “discovered” photography, especially film photography, and it’s fast becoming my obsession. I would love to get better at it, and share my progress with my readers. Also, I have exciting plans for my Much Love Monday series (which I’m still planning!) – all I can say for now, is there will be more reader involvement. In general, I’m definitely going to try and make my blog bigger, better.. and prettier :)”
Here are some examples of Anna’s own photography:

Thank you Anna!
Ps. Can you tell that both Anna and I seem to have a love for ferris wheels?

I’m sure you’ve all visited Here Comes the Sun already? If you haven’t, it’s about time! Amanda’s blog is filled with amazing photography and inspiration. Have you noticed that the best blogs are the ones hardest to describe? You basically just have to get over there and see for yourself. Just do yourself a favor and do a little archive digging. Maybe you’ll end up with a new favorite photographer? Here are some examples of the kind of photographs she has posted:

Amanda kindly agreed to let me ask her some questions!
What’s the best thing happening in your life in 2009?
I got married at the end of 2008 so this year has been my first year of marriage and it’s been amazing! I’m just enjoying setting up our home together and enjoying all the small things about married life like cooking a meal together or doing housework side by side- as silly as it sounds. Also this year my husband and I and our close friends traveled to Mozambique and South Africa together and it was a life changing experience!
How are you going to spend this holiday?
Christmas in New Zealand means summer and sunshine, so we will be barbecuing and spending as much time outside as possible.
What’s on top of your wish list this year?
What I really want (but I know I’m not getting) is a little maltese puppy! But i think I might have to wait a bit longer for that one haha. There’s nothing I can really think of that I want this year , I’m just excited to spend the day with my adorable little nieces, because I don’t get to see them often. So my Christmas wish is to make their day as special as possible for them.
and then one question relating to your blog;
How do you discover all the wonderful artists you post about in your blog?
Sometimes my friends tell me about them or I’ve just somehow heard of them but usually I just spend a bit of time doing some good old internet research and somewhere in the process I stumble on a few things I would like to post about. Following the links of your favourite blog or photographer is a good place to start.
Thank you so much Amanda! ♥

I have a new find to share today, a photography blog called The blue hour. It is written by Brian who has relocated from Brooklyn to London. The blog is filled with great photographs and words. What I like about this blog is that it is filled with the greatness of daily life. The lovely photographs picture the small things in life that everyone should pay more attention to!
